Copyright Simplified for Bloggers
If you are a blogger at one time or another you have came across a amazing graphic or video that you wanted to share on your blog but you didn’t because you were unsure whether you would get in trouble for using copyrighted work.
Fortunately, I wan’t to tell you that under some circumstances it is acceptable to use copyrighted work even without the creators permission if certain requirements are met. I personally have used copyrighted worked on a number of occasions in articles I wrote for major publications and on those occasions I never once sought permission from the creator because the circumstances of my use were done in a fair use manner.
